Information you give us

• Quote and appointment requests. When you use the Get a Quote or Book an Appointment forms, we receive what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, service area, the type of service you need, and any message you write. Appointment requests also include whether the visit is for a home or business and your preferred date and time window.
• Phone calls and emails. If you call or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us.

Please don't include payment card numbers or other sensitive details in a form message. We never ask for them through this website.

Information collected automatically

• Hosting and security logs. This website is hosted on WordPress.com (Automattic Inc.). Like any web server, it records technical details such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Our hosting platform may also produce aggregate visit statistics for us.
• Fonts. Pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
• Map. The Service Areas page shows an embedded Google Map. When it loads, Google may collect information and set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.
• Your Houston or Dallas choice. If you pick Houston or Dallas on this site, your browser may remember that choice until you close the tab, so service links take you to the right city. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads or the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, on this website. If we add them, we will update this policy first.

This website does not set cookies for ordinary visitors. WordPress sets cookies only for people who log in to manage the site.
